I’m actively working every day to make shipping as smooth and affordable as possible for my overseas supporters.
Right now, international shipping rates and import tariffs can be frustratingly high and I know it. I’m constantly monitoring things on my end, staying in touch with carriers and systems in my country, doing what I can to lower costs and improve the experience for you.
All import duties and tariffs are calculated and collected at checkout
so you won’t be hit with any surprise fees later. I’ve made sure of that.
I’m doing everything I can to keep shipping prices down and make things more fair but some of this is out of my hands. I wish I could control it all. Just know I see you, I appreciate you, and I’m working to make this better every drop.

Return and Exchange Policy

- Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. We will gladly assist you with a return or exchange for the damaged item. Please ensure that you provide photos or other evidence of the damage to help us process your request. - Incorrect Orders:
If you receive the correct version of the product but intended to order a different version, you may request an exchange or return. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (INCLUDING SHIPPING COST TO SHIP BACK THE INTENDED PRODUCT) associated with the return and exchange
process. - No Returns or Exchanges for Non-Damaged
Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage to the product, as long as the correct non-damaged item was shipped to you. If the product is damaged in anyway then we will offer a return or exchange.
