Return and Exchange Policy

- Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. We will gladly assist you with a return or exchange for the damaged item. Please ensure that you provide photos or other evidence of the damage to help us process your request. - Incorrect Orders:
If you receive the correct version of the product but intended to order a different version, you may request an exchange or return. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (INCLUDING SHIPPING COST TO SHIP BACK THE INTENDED PRODUCT) associated with the return and exchange
process. - No Returns or Exchanges for Non-Damaged
Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage to the product, as long as the correct non-damaged item was shipped to you. If the product is damaged in anyway then we will offer a return or exchange.
