All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstance.

If a chargeback is placed, your order will not be fulfilled unless the chargeback is revoked and proof is sent to: (phuckman@outlook.com).

HANDCRAFTED / LIMITED RELEASE

Each piece is hand crafted made when ordered in extremely limited quantities. We do not offer exchanges for sizing or preference. After item is under production. Please email me within days or purchase if wrong size is ordered and we can possibly make changes.

SHIPPING / DELAYS

Please allow 2–5 weeks for your order to ship.

We are a one-man operation. Delays may occur due to supply chain issues, overseas disruptions, or high volume drops. We ask for your patience.

FALSE DELIVERY CLAIMS / RETURNED PACKAGES

If you input the wrong address, we are not responsible.

If your package is returned to sender, you must cover shipping costs to resend it.

I’m actively working every day to make shipping as smooth and affordable as possible  for my overseas supporters.

Right now, international shipping rates and import tariffs can be frustratingly high and I know it. I’m constantly monitoring things on my end, staying in touch with carriers and systems in my country, doing what I can to lower costs and improve the experience for you.

All import duties and tariffs are calculated and collected at checkout
so you won’t be hit with any surprise fees later. I’ve made sure of that.
I’m doing everything I can to keep shipping prices down and make things more fair but some of this is out of my hands. I wish I could control it all. Just know I see you, I appreciate you, and I’m working to make this better every drop.
